Below are some questions you may have on the process.

How soon will I receive my Enchanted photo?
Turn around is about 7 days from placement of order, this takes into account a proof being sent via email and any changes to the photo that need to be done thereafter. On approval the photo will then be saved at 300dpi and as a 5x7inch for best quality and sent via email back to you with a black and white version also. Then just save the image to your hard drive and print as many copies as your require.

How do I send my picture?
Pictures are sent via email as a attachment or post (cdroms accepted). Any problems contact us for assistence.

What format should my picture be in?
Send your picture as a GIF TIFF BMP or JPEG as large as possible, most digital cameras nowadays have good resolution, please do not manipulate the photo yourself first as this could lead to the quality depreciating. If you intend to scan the photo then please set your scanner to 300DPI (dots per inch)

Do you accept photo prints?
I can scan photos direct to computer, so arrangements can be made when you send your picture to me for your photo to be returned with a master A4 print for £1 more. Please note any photos sent with this method should be sent recorded/special delivery to ensure they do not get lost, no responsibility can be taken by us for lost or damaged photos in the post.

Can I get a faster turnaround?
For a additional fee you can have your image within 48 hours contact us to discuss.

Can anyone order?
As the service is digital and conducted via the web anyone can place an order with us from any country. Your payment will be converted by Paypal.

How do I pay?
Credit or debit card payment via Paypal. Both UK and international customers can choose to pay using their credit card, Switch or Solo debit card or from their bank accounts using the online payment services of PayPal. You do not need a paypal account to pay by PayPal.

When do I pay?
The ordering process involves submitting your order, and then going to the order now page and submitting payment via Paypal, or for more bespoke jobs I will contact you with a quote and to discuss what you want and I will then send you an invoice via Paypal.

Can I request the specific size of image for the purpose of printing?
Yes, we can supply your finished enchanted photo to any size pleae let us know in advance, be it 4x6 or 5x7 or even A4. Please remember that some cropping can occur if you order your print one size and your digital photo is another size.

Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
If you areunhappy with my initial design on viewing the first proof I am willing to accept a cancellation. I do find that with a revision and a discussion of possible changes to your enchanted photo this can be resolved, I then send a second proof. However due to the time taken for this revision I cannot accept cancellations after this 2nd stage. Once payment is received you can contact me within 7 days if you are unhappy with the final enchanted photo, after 7 days no refunds can be issued.

I have a request that is not listed on your site, can you do it?
I do supply the following as standard services, enchanted photos(children), background changes, photo manipulation (deletion of unwanted people), fanatasy photos (adults only on request) and photo restoration. For any of these services please contact me to discuss your needs and I will try and accomodate you where possible.
